Cannabis sativa seeds are used to make hemp oil. It doesn’t include the psychotropic element in cannabis, tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), or the cannabinoids present in cannabidiol (CBD) oils. As a result, hemp oil, also known as hempseed oil, will not make you “high.”
The oil can be used topically or as a food supplement or additive when taken orally. It’s high in vitamins, minerals, vital fatty acids, and antioxidants.
Hemp oil contains all 20 amino acids, making it ideal for muscle growth and repair. In addition, it is high in dietary fibre, vitamins, and minerals.
Hemp oil is lawful and free of THC and CBD. It will not make you feel “high” or cause you to test positive on a drug test. Hemp oil is generally well tolerated, although some people may experience digestive side effects such as cramping, diarrhoea, or nausea.
Start with a tiny dose and gradually increase the amount you take over time, especially if you have a sensitive stomach, when using hemp oil orally.
It’s possible that using hemp oil on your skin will cause slight irritation. Before applying hemp oil to your skin, always perform a skin patch test. Place a small quantity on the inside of your arm to test for allergic responses and wait 24 hours to see if anything happens.
Before beginning to take hemp oil, consult your doctor if you have low blood pressure or any hepatic, gastrointestinal, or other health issues.
